Shipping and Delivery

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We partner with reliable carriers, including UPS, MyParcel, and PostNL, to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. All standard orders qualify for free shipping within select regions. I you want insured shipping (wich we highly recommend) we charge an extra €14,95 for that.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the delivery status.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused, undamaged items. Simply return the item in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Are there any return shipping fees?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are possible. Please contact us at info@boarsandbucks.nl to arrange an exchange. Note that you will cover the cost of returning the item.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept a range of secure payment methods, including credit card, iDEAL, PayPal, Bankcontant and Klarna.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, you can pay in interest-free installments through Klarna.

Yes, all products come with a minimum 1-year warranty depending wich brand you are buying, ensuring peace of mind with your purchase.
